this is a test

WEEK OF May 11 – May 17

1.Home Repair Program We need men and women to assist in the home repair program for seniors and disabled members of Westmore. We are looking for people who have skills in light plumbing, electrical, carpentry, landscaping and general repair work. We install faucets, install fluid masters in commodes, occasionally mow a yard or build a ramp, install a ceiling fan, cut down a small tree, etc. We do not do major projects. If you would like to get involved in this rewarding program call Hugh Hodges at 478-1806 or Jerry Wooley at 472-2966. We will welcome your help.

2.Building A Legacy Auction Do you have items of value that you want to give to the Building a Legacy campaign? We will be selling qualified items on Ebay. All the proceeds will go toward the Building A Legacy campaign. Taking pictures, writing the listing, selling and shipping the items will all be taken care of. You will also receive a receipt for your tax return. For more information contact Bob Moore at 423-331-2893. If you have any ideas for creative giving toward the Building a Legacy campaign, please e-mail your suggestions to jason.browning@westmorecog.org.

bible study, and topical discussion.  Currently the group is going through the book

Quiet Strength.   Coach Dungy tells the story of a life lived for God and family--and

challenges us all to redefine our ideas of what it means to succeed.  The book

communicates that it is possible for anyone to be successful without compromising

faith and family.  This group primarily meets off campus so contact the church office

for details of where they are meeting next.                                  Offsite/Pastor Jason Browning & Richard Jackson

Abundant Living: EpicEpic is a DVD series written by John Eldridge.  The

Bible reads like a story, oftentimes in both the Old and New Testaments.  God

has created a reality for mankind to live in, and that reality unfolds like a great

story.  Our story gives us an understanding of ourselves, of God’s hand in our

life, the enemy’s destructive plans, and of our role in God’s larger story,

His-story, history.  Come join us as the story unfolds. 004/Pastor Gail Lemmert & Robin Craft
